Ingredients

200 g mixed spring lettuce Strawberries, quartered Blackberries Pomegranate seeds Red onion, thinly sliced Miss Marmelades apple & tarragon vinaigrette Microgreens of your choice for garnish

Preparation

In a bowl, place the mixed lettuce. Add the berries, onion slices, and dressing. Gently toss to combine. Before serving, top with microgreens.
