You’ll Need…

A slice of good artisan bread.

30 ml of ricotta cheese.

15 ml of Miss Marmelades pink grapefruit marmalade.

A few sprigs of rosemary.

Steps:

Butter both sides of the bread and toast in a pan over medium heat (like a grilled cheese).

Add the ricotta.

Add the marmalade.

Garnish with rosemary.
