Here is a quick idea to add a gourmet side to your happy hours with friends.
One of our favorite recipes, Hot Brie with onion confit, red wine and cranberries. Serve with baguette or cracker for a sure hit.
You will need:
Your favorite Brie (we love the heartshape from our friends at La Trappe à Fromage) and about 50 ml of our onion confit.
In a fondue pot, place your brie and spread the confit to cover the top of the cheese.
Bake (uncovered) at 350F for about 15 minutes.
The perfect accompaniment for your charcuterie boards. The cheese becomes runny and will mix with the confit as soon as it is cut, a real delight 🙂
