It’s easy to put gourmet in your breakfast.
Here I simply added some of my favorite jams to my plate.
Start with a plain or vanilla yogurt, Greek or not, according to your preference and add our strawberry and rhubarb jam. Not too sweet, this jam goes wonderfully with the creamy taste of yogurt.
The classic butter croissant is a “must” at our house and with my blueberry & lavender jam, definitely one of my favourites.
Add some fresh fruit, a glass of orange juice or a latte and you’ve got a breakfast worthy of any B&B.
