Salmon is a popular fish known for its tender and flavorful flesh. In this recipe, we’ll add a citrusy touch using our orange marmalade and Cointreau from Miss Marmelades to impart a refreshing and slightly sweet flavor. The salmon is perfectly cooked in a skillet, then caramelized with the marmalade and Cointreau to create a golden and crispy crust. This recipe is easy to prepare and perfect for a quick and delicious weeknight dinner.
Here’s a simple yet delicious recipe suggested to me by a friend of my mother-in-law.
Ingredients:
4 fresh salmon fillets
60 ml of orange marmalade & Cointreau from Miss Marmelades
30 ml of finely chopped fresh ginger Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix the marmalade and ginger.
Generously brush each fillet with the marmalade mixture.
Bake for 17 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
